Company Overview

It all began in 1946 with a man named Truett Cathy, a restaurant called The Dwarf Grill and the Original Chicken Sandwich.

From there, the first Chick-fil-A Restaurant was opened and a small, family business took off to make delicious history.

Even though we’ve grown to become the largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States, we’re still family owned and as original as that first chicken sandwich.

Chick-fil-A Prescott Valley Crossroads is owned and operated by Sarah Rodriguez and she proudly carries on the Chick-fil-A legacy.

Career Path

At Chick-fil-A Prescott Valley Crossroads, the team member role is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity. In addition to working directly for independent Operator, Sarah Rodriguez, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. Please consider visiting your local Chick-fil-A restaurant if you’d like to learn more about the team member experience.

Company Culture

We are all about relationships! Relationships with our team and who we serve.

“We should be about more than just selling chicken. We should be a part of our customers’ lives and the communities in which we serve.”

S. Truett Cathy
